My Journey
I began my journey into photography when my husband and I traveled to Alaska in 2012. At the time, I knew very little about photography. Nevertheless, I wanted to return home from Alaska with gorgeous photographs of the glaciers that I could proudly hang in my home. I started looking for tutorials on the internet and discovered that there were many, many photographers who were willing to give away their knowledge for the benefit of us noobies. Due to their generosity, I came home with stunning photographs of glaciers, forests, and whales! Some of these photos still hang in my home today.
Over the years, however, my style of photography has evolved. I love bringing people into the enchanting world of Renaissance-style still life, landscapes, water drop collisions, florals, and captivating garden bugs.
After nearly 13 years of creating photos, I now consider myself a fine art photographer and a digital artist.
I hope you find something in my portfolio that pleases you.
